E X C H A N G E S –
If you would like to exchange any or all items from your Katie May purchase, please use the following guidelines:
- merchandise must be received within 30 days of purchase date
- merchandise must NOT be worn, altered, soiled, or washed
- merchandise must have all original tags attached
- you must complete the exchange slip included with your package
- you CANNOT exchange SALE items
- it is your responsibility to pay for shipping the item/s back to the distribution center
*Please note that you’ll receive a confirmation email once the package has arrived back at the distribution center, and your exchange order will be processed immediately. We will notify you if any items you are requested an exchange for are out of stock; otherwise, all in-stock items will ship out immediately*

- all SALE items are non refundable
- packages that arrive COD will be denied
- please note all shipping & handling charges are non refundable
- it is the returners responsibility to pay for the return shipping costs
