General information for ALL Katie May shipments

• We cannot ship outside the 50 U.S. states, this does not include US territories
• All deliveries are signature required

Standard Ground Delivery (Free!)
Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive within 5-7 business days after your order has been processed. An email will be sent to you with the shipment/tracking information once the order has been released from our distribution center.

Two-Day Delivery ($25)
If requested, your order should arrive the next business day if order is placed by 12:00 noon (CST). Please note that two-day orders placed Friday after 12:00 noon (CST), or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), will not be processed until Monday. An email will be sent to you with the shipment/tracking information once the order has been released from our distribution center.

International Delivery (Varies)
International shipping is available, however we cannot process orders via our website. Shipping cost varies depending on the destination. Please contact us directly and we will confirm with you the shipping cost prior to handling your order.

Special Locations
Expedited orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and other rural domestic addresses require one or more additional business day for delivery.
